I tried a few different meal and workoutplans in the past 2 years and this one was the best so far! I didn't had to starve myself or lost a lot of muscle mass what was really important to me. I did this challenge because i gained too much weight over Christmas and was feeling uncomfortable in my skin. I'm really happy with my transformation and i'm looking forward to what the future holds.
