After many years of lifting weights, but I had never been on the right eating plan/diet to lose fat. I began to do research online as I was determined to transform my body. I found life changing advice from Josef about the steps I needed to take in order to gradually, and safely lose body fat. After appx 10months of hard training and putting Josef's advice to work, I have lost plenty of body fat/weight and continue to do so.
