About 12 months ago i started to hit the gym and i wanted to take it serious and actually make a difference in myself. Started off experimenting with training then decided to sign up to a JRF workout program to get the guidelines for my goals. Since signing up i have followed the plan with also youtube videos and seeing instagram videos of other exercises to include in my workouts. With following josef on facebook and instagram i have seen the nutrition i need to be eating and what foods to eat.The support i have got back from the team when i have needed it has been great.Still now i follow a plan slightly different just to mix up the training.I am happy with the results so far of my training with JRF.I found it easily to be motivated when you see results and see what you can achieve with putting the hard work inside and outside the gym.
