"I’ll try my best to make this short but first thank you to all the jrf team and family and my story with JRf started in the middle of February 2020 and after 2 weeks of following the workout plan at the gym and sticking to the meal plan was when I first saw incredible results I was up 10 pounds in Two weeks and so motivated to see what I can accomplish in two months. But sadly thats when I had a big set back when they closed the gyms due to the Coronavirus and even though the jrf team was quick to accommodate the workouts from the comfort of my home my motivation was gone and I didn’t have any equipment and I also thought this could only be possible with going to the gym that I didn’t even keep up with my meal plan and before I knew it 7 months had passed by and I was skinnier and weaker than before . This is when I signed up again for the workouts and all I started with in the beginning was one pair of dumbbells and 100% commitment. I am currently today 5 weeks into the program and I am back up again 20 (+) pounds and more motivated than ever before. My only advice to anyone starting is that the longer you take to start the more time in your life that will pass you without you being the best version of yourself and enjoying life to the fullest.
