"I got to a point where I had become complacent with my weight and didn’t think I would ever be able to be fit/lean. Then I looked at myself in the mirror one, day and realized this was NOT me and not what I envisioned myself looking like at 27. I stumbled across Josef Rakich on Facebook and started following his workouts and it gave me motivation to take my fitness more seriously. I started using his free workout plans and started to see results. I decided to explore this more and started using his workout/nutrition programs and supplements. I became 100% committed and stuck with it.
My advice to anyone just starting out: focus on long-term goals instead of immediate results. Stay consistent- because it does work, and if you want it, it will happen with hard work and consistency!"
