For the past 5-6 months I've been working with Josef, I'm extremely active and have a very high metabolism which makes it's hard to put on size so I usually try and bulk almost year round (using Josef's meal plan), when I found out I needed an ankle reconstruction I decided to try and get my bf% as low as possible. Within 8 weeks of following Josef's meal plan I was the leanest I have ever been while keeping my strength and most of my muscle mass!
