My entire life I've been underweight. No matter what I ate and how much I ate, I was never over 50 kg. I started going to the gym and immediately got hooked. After some months, I discovered JRF team and decided to go for it. I have been following their plan as closely as I can and have definitely noticed some change in my body. I am extremely happy with the results, and my objective is to weight 65 kg by the end of 2016. Thanks JRF team!!
