I have been inspired by Josef for a long time. I have been training seriously 5 times a week for the last 17 months and eating healthy . Allthough my pictures are three years apart, the last 17 months have taken my body to a new dimension. During this time I have been learning a lot about my body and nutrition and Josef has really helped me here, I've picked up a lot of tips from him and implemented them into my own fitness regime. His pizzas were especially rejuvunating and contributed to a burst of regrowth in my diet, usually consisting of fish/chicken/rice/vegetables. Anyone looking for tips from a legitimate guy with knowledge about this life and what it takes to get shredded, or just improve a physique, should take a look at his page.
