I got interested in the bodybuilding gig way back in 2005, that's where I initially set foot into the gym for the first time ever in my life. I was 17 back then weighing in at about 90 kilos or something. I remember everyday in the morning I used to run like 5 kilometers in the track before I usually warmed up to workout. I foolishly trained like a monkey for over a year without any form of supervision but eventually got into shape and my friends were a bit amazed by the miraculous effort. Later on I decided to educate myself more on the working out techniques and lifting cycles to further enhance my physique till I reached a bulky solid and kind of lean form in 2008 and that's where the unexpected happened. I tore my triceps doing the double hand exercise with a 57 kilo dumbbell. I was set back for 3 years mainly because of the pressure of collage and because I got very very demotivated. Imagine looking at yourself in the mirror knowing that all what you've worked hard for will fade away day by day and you can't do anything about it. It was tormenting! Finally after finishing collage in 2011 I returned back to the house of pain with more determined than every to become stronger, powerful and bulkier but I was inspired by Josef's lifestyle and workout plans that opened up my knowledge roots deeper and deeper about proper nutrition and how it can make miracles in achieving the physique you want. I started dieting in March this year and its been now almost 5 months where I lost around 35 kilos of fat and developed a more leaner muscle gain rather than a bulky inflated muscle gain. I can't possibly recommend someone other than Josef to supervise and guide you, he's the real deal. Take is from me.
