All my life I have been a bit skinny and some people often referred to me as bskinnyb And I had never thought of my body as appealing. Then i started working out and it quickly became a part of my every day, but I also liked to party all weekend, every weekend and got no impressive results at first. Then I noticed Josef on Facebook via a friends profile and my mind was blown. He had the just the physique that I had always wanted! So I started following him on Facebook and soon it came to my attention that he was a personal trainer and that he had a limited time special offer for 1 year of meal plans, workout programs and extreme abs workouts. Of course I purchased this shortly after, and my training exploded! The first 3 months I saw results I had never imagined would come this quickly and I even got a six-pack! Having Josefbs programs and reading on his website, following him on youtube etc. I got a much bigger knowledge of the human body and how important dieting is. It changed how I think about food in general and how I think about the human body in general. Now I see myself as bbigb compared to people who doesnbt work out and other people have started calling me a big guy etc. All in all Ibm a totally different guy. Ibve stopped partying, Ibve stopped smoking and working out just makes my day. If I donbt, It always feels a bit empty or like something is missing (which I think everyone with a passion for bodybuilding feels?) For this considering to purchase Josef's 12 week transformation I say DO IT! It worth every god damn penny.
