I met Jo and Brett when I was around 12 and started lifting when I was 18-19. Before I starting training, lifting my own bodyweight would've been accompanied by a feeling similar to what Neil Armstrong felt when he first stepped on the moon. I trained for around 8 months before starting to use Jo's meal and workout plans. The difference was huge, they gave me great results and made it easy to stay motivated especially when seeing how quickly results were coming compared to before. It's easy to be skeptical of a testimonial from a friend, but the pictures are the proof.
