I have been lifting for over 10 years but sometimes I tend to lose motivation and never really followed a meal plan. I started following Josef on Instagram and decided to give it a shot. I followed his workouts and meal plans to a T and started seeing results I never seen before and fast. I lost a lot of body fat and finally saw my six pack coming through. He also was able to answer all my questions through email and knows his stuff. I like that each month the workout and meals change so you won't get bored. For the price he charges it's really worth it, I highly recommend.
