I lost the first 15kgs myself by doing intense workouts, long periods of exercise and trying various diets like vegan, vegetarian, high protein, high carb and then finally JRF Keto!
I then lost the remaining 12kgs with Jrf Keto which was the biggest transformation of them all.
It did take me 2 years to drop all the weight but that is because I thought I could still eat junk food and see results. I also battled with high stress levels with my job hence the intense workouts.
