before I got the 3 month transformation, I didn't care what I put in my body. I've played sports my entire life so I've always been active and pretty toned, except I had a lot of belly fat that I didn't want. so I talked with Josef and he set up my meal/workout plans to cut down and lose fat. I hit the gym hard every week, went with the meal plans exactly how they were laid out. I did tons of different cardio. basically I did everything I was supposed to. and I started seeing the results I wanted. Josef's program really helped me to learn about foods and what I'm putting in my body and now I love cooking my own healthy meals and making stuff up as I go.
