As a busy college student, it isn't always easy to work out and get results. I've been training since 2012 and had success with bulks in the past. However, when I learned about JRFitness, I knew that I wasn't always going to have the time to sit down and plan my meals and workouts. In 2014, I did a total reset of my body, dropping down to 74 kg from 88 kg, but it just wasn't the same. I lost a lot of muscle mass and knew that I'd be tasked with getting it all back. Preparing for the long road ahead, I signed up for JRFitness to help me better manage my process. Plain and simple, I missed having my abs. I bulked up and cut down, and bulked again. On this cycle, I completed a cut that gave me what I had. My strength in every area has vastly improved, as well as my definition. To top it off, I hit the midpoint right as college let out for spring break. I'm 26 years young and I know, now, that...I've still got it. Thank you, Josef Rakich. On a side note, leg day is now my favorite. LIFT ON!
