I have always enjoyed lifting weights and eating well however I wasn't
getting the results on my own and wanted guidance from an expert. I have
been following Josef via snapchat for over a year and find his advice to
be very direct, consistent and educational. There are not a lot of people
I would trust online to guide me and I'm so glad I decided to join the 12
week plan when I did. I have seen more results with his training and
macros in 12 weeks then I could have imagined and I plan to stick with the
program indefinitely. I will always be open to his new training techniques
and diet advice because I trust that I'm in good hands.
