JRF has changed my life in many more ways than weight loss. Not only have I completely shifted my mindset and created healthy habits that drive my daily routine, I have made life long friends that I now call family. Jo, Mimi and the whole JRF team are so supportive and genuinely care about each and every one of their clients succeeding which is more valuable than I can put into words.
