After being diagnosed with PCOS And tipping the scales at 121kgs I was advised to go Keto to help loose weight and manage my pcos symptoms. After doing keto on my own for awhile I was stuck with meals and macros and calories. That’s when I found JRF. Jo and the team make it so simple and easy. My advice is just to never give up. Take lots of photos and measurements. Don’t become a slave to the scales. look back at your photos on days you don’t feel great. Try not to compare your journey to others. When you don’t have motivation use your discipline to get things done!
