I had spent a few years sporadically training and dieting which would often see my weight yo-yo and at one point I hit almost 15 stone (210 lb) on the scales. Being only 5ft 9 I didn't really carry this weight well and therefore I decided to throw myself back into training but this time with a more serious attitude. I manged to lose a stone (14lb) pretty quickly but just felt that my diet wasn't quite right and was holding back my progress. I decided to look into an online personal trainer that could provide me with a full breakdown of what to eat and when and this is where I came across Josef's website and the holy grail that is MACROS!!! I took the plunge and signed up and have not looked back since. With support from Josef and his team and some fine tuning on the diet plans I now know what my body responds to and what my calorie and macro breakdowns need to be to achieve my goals. To say I am pleased with the results is an understatement.Add to that the fact that I am not finished yet I am looking forward to seeing further results.
