So amazed with my results, not only has the weight on the scale dropped I have seen my body fat percentage take a huge dip. The one thing I have never been able to stick to is a diet. White Bread was my weakness! This meal plan keeps me full, I don’t feel like I’m missing out. One day I will get my hands on the fat burner, I’d love to see what results would come when combining the meal plan and supps.
