I have battled food and weight issues all my life, reaching a peak of 105kgs in my late teens. When I became a Dad seven years ago the weight started to creep back on, more and more year after year, and before I knew it I weighed 5kgs more than the day I got married. I had to do something to turn things around. The JRF meal and exercise plan turned my life around and at 38 years old I’m the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been.
Advice for people starting out is to focus on getting the food right and once you have got that under control, then introduce exercise.
