Everything started a few months ago when I finally started to get in shape. It was hard for me since I lived by myself since I was 15 and it is not easy to make time to cook and workout. I realized that I had to stop making excuses because that was the line between I and success. I started waking up at 4 to cook, to workout at 10pm after a long day at work and class, I started my transformation. I found out that working out is not just about looking good, it's about proving yourself how strong you are. I've become a much stronger person, both mentally and physically.
