I decided to join JRF because I had literally tried everything. I had lost weight before and it would just come back on. On JRF the meal plan and exercise plan has been so easy to follow and use that I continuously sign up when my previous 12 weeks end. I started my JRF journey at 157kgs and currently 130kgs with hopes to reach double digits with the help of JRF. JRF has literally changed my life for the better.
