4 month transformation! I know month 3 I fell off for a bit with multiple cheat days due to moving states and traveling every weekend but I'm still super happy with my results from calculating Macros. Going to continue being a lifestyle. Went from 174.2 to 166.8 and have noticeable gains in the gym and better definition! Thanks Jo! Your preworkout is the greatest, btw. Gets my ass to the gym when I'm on Empty.
