I've had experience in training before but never took it so serious. When I got in to hospital with lung problems(1 year ago) I was not allowed to train for 3/4 months. I dropped weight from 81 to 78 after this period and lost a lot of muscle mass.
When I got back I started with your programs again and went from 78 back to 82,5 now. This was in a period of about 8 months. Gained muscle and definition got way better. The first picture in the white shirt is from before I started training.
