When I was at 215 lbs I was very frustrated. I fluctuated from there to 220 lbs for a long time. I had started at 240 lbs and was happy with making progress, but I never could get shredded like I wanted to. Getting your 12 week plan was the best decision ever for me, because I have seen gains in strength as well as cutting down to 198-203 is where I'm fluctuating weight now. My bench press has gone from 285 to 315, felt so good to finally hit three plates. Your workouts were on point and I plan on following this for every time I need to cut weight.
