At first I was skeptical about the whole transformation thing but after the first week of following the meal plan and exercises I started to see some results and told myself wow, this is really working... I'm very glad I decided to choose Josef and his friends as my fitness mentors because although I had been working out before, without proper diet I wasn't able to see the results of my work and this is what JRF helped me with the most (although I'm a vegetarian!) I recommend this program to anyone who wants to see the results because it really works and I'm looking forward to work with Josef again in the future.
