JRK gave me all the training and nutritional guidance I needed to succeed inside and outside of the gym. Training within the gym was prepared with detailed workout schedules and outside of the gym was covered within specific meal plans all tailored to me personally. The depth in which the diets go is outstanding with precise calorie and macro nutrient break down. In 8 weeks I have brought my bf % down from 14% to 6% by following Joseph's advice.
