I have tried a few online training programs, and none of them have been successful for me.I feel like everyone sends out the same workouts and same diets to every client, no matter what their goal is,no matter what their current stage is, or even what their gender is. With JRF I received personalized TO ME meal plans and workoutsspecific to my goals and what I want to accomplish in the specific time frame. Everything, from the diet, to the workouts/exercises,to the online help and motivation, it was all spot on, and I was treated as if I was the only client. Highly recommend!
