This was the 3rd diet I have ever done but the other 2 were while I was still in school and I had little results because I couldn't stick to them. This 12 week weight gain program was completley different and the foods were actually things I enjoyed. This is the best shape I have ever been in thanks to the diet and workouts you included in the program, not only did I manage to put on the muscle I wanted but I also lost alot of fat in my stomach thanks to the ab training you included. I can't thank you enough man!
