Using the Josef Rakich meal plan to slim down for my first bikini fitness model competition was fantastic,I had lots of delicious food choices every day like salmon, Kumara, mixed berries & fruit sorbet. The JRF team are verysupportive and answered all of my questions fast. Placing 5th is a great achievement for my first show, thank you JRF team!
